A real person prints, quality-checks and packs every order by hand. We're a cottage industry in Bromley, UK — not a factory. We print in small batches (around 10 at a time), so you can buy a single bookmark without ordering 100. Runs happen once a week; every print is checked before it ships. If we ever get overwhelmed, we'd rather pause a run than let quality slip.

Because each one is finished and checked by hand, the bookmark you receive may be refined slightly from the preview — the same look and feel, but with the small adjustments that come from a real person's eye for quality. That's part of what makes it a one-of-a-kind keepsake, not a factory print.
📮 Delivery, kept simple. For UK delivery, postage is folded into the price — what you see is what you pay. For international delivery (e.g. the USA), we add a single, obvious fixed postage cost at checkout. No hidden fees, no surprises.
